AutoQuotes has introduced a new permission called Manage Users*, which can be assigned to Custom Roles. We have more information on creating and applying a new custom role available here.
The Manage Users permission allows existing Admin level users to give selected users limited Admin level functionality. Once the permission has been assigned to a role, that role can then be assigned to a user. Below is a breakdown of the functionality controlled by the new Manage Users permission.
The Manage Users permission allows the following:
- Creation of new non-admin level users
- Deletion of non-admin level users
- Registration of non-admin level users
- Deregistration of non-admin level users
- Assign Roles to non-admin level users
- Change Login emails for non-admin level users
- Resend Registration Emails
- Management of Deviated Pricing
- Management of Project Sharing
- Management of Analytics Sharing
The Manage Users permission does not allow the following:
- Access to Admin Settings for sister companies
- Management of Project Sharing for sister companies
- Management of Analytics Sharing for sister companies
- Creation of new admin level users
- Deletion of admin level users
- Registration of admin level users
- Deregistration of admin level users
- Assign Roles to admin level users
- Change Login emails for admin level users
- Management of Company Settings
- Management of Role settings
- Management of Company Notes
- Management of Logos
- Management of API Keys
- Management of the Manage Fields section
