When printing on a Mac and actually sending report to your printer, you may see some information cutting off at the bottom of the page. The project name, your company name and page numbers may seem to be off margin or missing completely.
This happens when you print from the web browser. You need to first save the PDF file and then open with Preview (that comes with the Mac OSX) or use whatever PDF viewer you prefer. I use Adobe Acrobat DC which is Adobe's latest free PDF viewer and works great on a Mac.
Open PDF and if using "Preview" when you select print you need to click on "Show Details" button to display advanced options and select "Scale to Fit". You can see what the PDF is going to look like in the little preview window. If you just leave as SCALE in the preview window you can see the text cuts off at the edge. Once "Scale to Fit" is selected it seems to remember that setting.
If printing with Adobe Acrobat DC it seems to format correctly and uses "Shrink oversized pages" automatically. This also prints OK and I think it actually looks better with Adobe DC than using Preview. There seems to be more print options available and looks sharper and more colorful with Adobe.
