AutoQuotes users can use the steps below to update their contact information, including login email address, directly within the AQ application.
- Select the My Settings button located at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
- The My Settings dialog will open.
- Use the fields in the General panel to make necessary updates to your contact information. If preferred, you can import contact information directly from Linkedin via the Update with Linkedin button. Using the Update with Linkedin button will not change the login email address. Press the Change Login button to update the email address used to access AQ.
- Click the Checkmark to save any changes.
Note: Each AQ account requires a valid login email with an inbox. It is a requirement for security purposes and ensures that you will receive a password reset email if you forget your password.
For AQ admins, AutoQuotes will accept unique email aliases as login emails for each account as long as they forward to a valid email address with an inbox.
We apologize, but due to liability issues, AutoQuotes is unable to assist in setting up email aliases on your company's private email server.
